Need user manual for android 3.2 honeycomb operating system
There is no manual for Android Operating System (OS) as such because different vendors (like Dell, Samsung, etc) can customize the OS. So no manual will work on all devices. You can however look at your product manual. Btw, for most of the common tasks you can do a simple search on internet and you will get the answer. Otherwise, just post the question here on fixya.
How do i delete pictures on the dell streak 7

You can drag the photo to the top of the screen and drop it in the waste basket. The waste basket doesn't always appear until you start dragging the photo.
So, until you try dragging you don't see where the basket appears.

Why wont my dell streak 7 turn on
Hello.
You can check if the battery had somehow got out of it's place.
Also it may be a software related issue, as a fix you can first try to plug it using the usb cable to your computer.

Ok this is not a easy fix. The replacement port connectors are easy to get and cheap $4-$10. How ever they require that you are able to take apart the tablet unsolder the old port and then solder in the new one. There are several places that will do this as a service but it ain't cheap. It is possible that you can find a good board by searching for streak repair parts. Make sure you know what replacement costs are for the unit. On some of these repairs you can come close to spending what you would for a new unit. So be careful about that.
My Dell streak 7 will power up but will only
During power up try holding the power button for 20 seconds. Repeat this three times. If still not working, connect tablet to your desktop or laptop and scan it if possible. Last option is from the desktop or laptop you should be able to reset to factory settings.
