Black ink printing on the reverse? On the wrong side of the page? I hate to ask, but is it possible that the labels just need to be turned the opposite way when you put them in the printer?

Its common problem in T Series Plotters: Cause of malfunction: These plotters having separate sheet path as well as roll path for print media. After initializing plotter its verify the available media(sheet or roll). If sheet path is occupied by the media it wont allow the roll media, means first priority is for sheet.If sheet path paper sensor dusty or malfunction, printer will say "remove paper from sheet path" even no paper in sheet path.. How to shoot this problem: You need to clean sheet path sensor located at sheet loading area.(black 'U' shaped part) Applying the pressured air at sensor is the best method to clean.. Solution one: Perform a power reset Resetting the product can clear a paper feed issue. Follow these steps to perform a power reset.Step one: Reset the printer Follow these steps to reset the product.Press the Power button ( ) to turn on the product.With the product turned on , disconnect the power cord from the rear of the product. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.Wait at least 15 seconds.Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the product.If the product does not turn on by itself, press the Power button ( ) to turn it on.Step two: Print a self-test report Follow these steps to print a self-test report.Make sure that the product is idle and the Ready light ( ) is on.Press and hold the Resume button ( ) for two to three seconds, and then release the button. Even small pieces of paper can cause paper feed issues.Examine the condition of the paper, and then replace any ripped, dusty, curled, wrinkled, or bent paper. Make sure that all the paper in the stack is the same size and type. Never load mixed types of paper in the tray. The product can only process one type of paper at a time.Tap the stack of paper on a flat surface to align the edges.Make sure that the stack of paper contains no fewer than 10 sheets and no more than 25 sheets of paper. Step three: Reload paper Follow these steps to reload paper in the product.Remove all the paper from the paper tray.Slide the paper length and width guides to their outermost positions.Tap a stack of unused, plain white, U.S. letter or A4 size paper on a flat surface to align the edges.Make sure that the stack of paper to be loaded in the product contains no fewer than 10 and no more than 25 sheets of paper.Load the paper into the paper tray, and then make sure that it is flat at all four corners.Slide the paper length and width guides inward until they stop at the edges of the paper. You need to check the driver settings inthe printer properties and make sure that you are selecting labels as the paper stock. Often times this will adjust the fusing temperature so the toner is melted thoroughly on the label. You may also check the toner..some compatible brand toners do not do well on Avery labels.

Try a different outlet and different power cord.

it sounds like your collection assembly is full. this is not something you can do anything about. it must be replaced and it will be costly. you are probly better off to replace it

Go to the hp.com site and search for said driver. Sometimes they do not update their drivers for older machines, but I am not familiar with this one. Good luck. Once a year Staples will have a special where one can trade in an old machine for a discount on a new HP.

What model? Connector on the outside or on the mainboard? If on the mainboard, replace it. If on the front, you should be able to just replace the connector cable and/or mounting.

make sure you have a phone line plugged in correctly (into the in plug) and set the printer / fax to recieve auto. Do not pick up the phone while recieving the fax, If thei does not work, check your setting in the software.
