Need to know how to find the number of my cell phone. Have not used it in three years and don't know how to use it.

Finding out your own number is a network provider specific code which they can provide. Why don't you phone another phone and retrieve the number that way?

Low battery

Hi,
It seems your phones battery's lifespan for some reasons maybe over.This may have been caused by:long hours charging/frequent charging even when the cells not dry.Try replacing the cell phones battery.

How do I access ringtones on alcatel one touch 2001x

To change the ringtone, follow these steps:

Ringtone for all calls

From any Home screen, tap the All apps icon.
Tap Settings.
Scroll to 'DEVICE,' then tap Audio profiles.
Under 'PREDEFINED PROFILES,' tap General.
Tap the General Settings icon.
Scroll to '[INCOMING CALLS],' then tap Phone ringtone.
Tap the desired ringtone from the scrolling list.
Tap OK to confirm.

Ringtone for calls from one contact

Note: You cannot assign a ringtone to contacts stored on the SIM card or Phone (device memory).

Reset it back to Factory settings.
