Try removing ALL power, then give it 30 seconds. Then put power back on. This fixes many but not all problems.

Are you entering oh-oh-oh-oh or are you entering zero-zero-zero-zero? It does make a difference and it is easy to make the mistake. The correct one is zero-zero-zero-zero.

You can charge it, but maybe the battery is shot. You might want to replace it.

I'm not familiar with that particular equipment but the default pairing code for many bluetooth devices is 0000 (four zeroes).
