Hi John. Not saying this will work for you laptop so its up to you if you try it. How do I reset the BIOS password on my Toshiba laptop? To reset Bios password follow these steps:

1. take out memory stick.
2. on the system board (under memory stick) you see Jumper JRST.
3. by a small cable connect Jumper JRST to Ground (usually on the side of slot for Memory Stick)
4. push the power button to turn on laptop.
5. it will reset the Bios password.
