Logitech S200 Computer Speakers Questions & Answers
I cannot find a driver
Its not the speakers that require a driver. Its the sounds card that requires a driver for the sound to work, then when you hook up the speakers you'll hear sound out of them.. Find out the manufacturer and model of the computer and then get those installed. If you need help then let me know and Ill find them for you.
I got problem, after 1 and half year my computer
hi! find your sound card driver and reinstall it. while you install it select what kinda speakers do you have (2.1, 3.1, 5.1 etc.). if that won't work you have the same problem that i had!!! only way to fix it is to reinstall your windows. thanks for using fixya and please rate and comment!
Speakers not working, but cables all plugged in...
You might have to reinstall the software that came with the speakers since you had to wipe your computer clean when the virus was on there. The speakers will not work until the software is installed back on your computer.
Unwanted sound from subwoofer.
switch your subwoofer off from the socket for at least 30 minutes and check if the noise is still there,if its still there open it and play a movie then press it lower if the sound stops then you will have to put some toilet papers at the back of it ,thats what I did to mine.
S200 speaker system
Happy Holidays malachai
Well, tipical problem, you have a automatic, windows checkpoint recovery, you must go to SYSTEM RESTORE, and go to a recent date, to recover fine all registry and device ,programs before the failure. ....other than that,....sad to tell, time to format and install OS.
good luck

Good day!
I figure is a 5.1 speakers? if so, tell me if your sound card model is one for 5.1 speakers. then according to manual for set speakers on the Logitech, you put the cables, usually
Green, Black, Orange and Blue. for Mic.
then test on the sound card program for sound test.
Good Luck

just connect the two connect into your laptop, and turn-on your laptop. and let the system will automatically detect the hardware you installed.
Inside subwoofer
Most likely the whole thing is glued together. You'll probably have to use force to get it apart, and it probably won't look as good when you put it back together.
Interference and noise
there is nothing you can do about it, your sub probley has a built in amplifier right? the only thing you can do is live with it, like most things they normally have a little fcc sticker that states "this device must accept any interference received, including interference that cause undesired operation".
