This is a common problem with most of the touch screendevices. This problem will occur when touch screen connection mal-function andhave power problem. The solutionfor this problem is: First let the battery totally drain until it was dead and donot turn the device on. After completing this process, plug it back and it willstart working again. To Whom It May Concern,
I am very sorry to hear that. I would be more than happy to help. Please try restarting it and if it doesnt turn off then wait for the battery to die. If restarting it doesnt help then there is a problem with the Tablet. If it is the Tablet then you should see if you have warranty or if you can get an exchange.

Thanks,
