Sounds like a main board issue

First make sure you have created a Roku account at: Welcome to your Roku account Games can be found at the Roku Channel Store, on your Roku device. When you add a channel, or add a game, you will be directed to go to a specific internet page on your computer, where you can enter the "link code" displayed on your TV screen.

Does your Roku have Bluetooth capability ?

You may have router signal but that doesn't mean you have any network. Try resetting it all by powering down, waiting a few minutes and powering everything back on. It may reset.

Save yourself a lot of headaches and recycle the TV. This set was plagued with issues, even if you get it fixed it's just a matter of time before something else goes bad in the set. Next time by a name brand set and you will have better luck although none of them seem to last all that long anymore

Sounds like you may have a bad stick but be sure the set is on the right input

Change the batteries in the remote for fresh new ones. It doesn't have enough power.

Unplug it and wait for two minutes, then try plugging it back in and turning it on. If it still will not turn on, you may have had a power bump that interfered with the board inside.

Roku offers a free app for your phone that acts as a remote. I installed one on my android phone that works great.

You can replace every board in the TV and chances are it won't fix it. Like 95% of sets that don't have backlights it's a backlight strip issue, the backlight strips have failed and the power board is shutting down the negative return path because of over current. On a set this sie it won't be easy to do yourself but it can be done, you will want to use suction cups to remove and replace the panel, it's very fragile and the larger the TV the harder it is to handle, order 4 suction cups on ebay or amazon. Also view some youtube vids on how to do it.

I would think that someone, somehow has hit the TV screen with something. My TV screen has a black line going across the middle horizontally and it intersects with a colored line going down the side vertically. Wher the 2 lines intersect is where it was shot with a bb.
