Here is a tested solution that may solve your problem.Unplug power then plug againPress and hold menuUse arrow up and down, choose 8 then OK, then choose 0 then OKMaintenance will show on the displayPress start button, choose PurgeUsing arrows choose 2 and OKchoose 7 and OKchoose 8 and OKchoose 3 and OKDisplay will show that Purge will reset to zeroAfter Reset press stop buttonUse arrow choose 9 and OKChoose 9 again and OKthe Printer will restart.Check if its already working.

just restart your printer remove the plug from the socket and restart in 10 mins. the problem will be solved :)

TRY USING LESS PAPER ...AND FAN YOUR PAPER, SO THEY DON'T STICK TOGETHER.
YOU ALSO MIGHT CHECK YOUR PRINTER SPEED...YOU CAN DO THIS BY...CLICK ON YOUR START BUTTON, TYPE IN PRINTER...CLICK ON THE PRINTER MENTIONED, GO TO PROPERTIES, SELECT THE SPEED...YOU MAY HAVE IT SET ON QUICK PRINT? TRY CHECKING THE NORMAL SPEED!

marker) and then cover the sensor of the cartridge, once the device will
ask you to reinstall the cartridge and new system will detect as a new

Replace it immediately. Because if you dont replace it,there is excess of ink in the print material and it is waste.
