You will need to do a factory reset:
1. With the device off, press and hold Volume Up and Power.
2. Release the Power button when you see the Samsung logo, but continue to hold Volume Up until the recovery screen appears.
3. Use the Volume buttons to navigate the menu and select wipe data / factory reset. Press Home to choose the selection.
4. Press Volume Up continue.

Buenas noches, tengo problema con

A mi tambien me salio, no me dejaba entrar a ninguna aplicacion, no lo podia quitar. Tuve que recuperar el sistema operativo para regresar al inicio de fabrica aqui te dice como hacerlo es muy sencillo http://latin.aoc.com/support/troubleshooting.

Te borra las aplicaciones que tengas instaladas pero lo que tienes guardado en tu memoria se mantiene.

No se como evitarlo para, si alguien puede decirme, tks.

You should check if you can get it serviced under warranty. Or on your buildings insurance (check what affect this may have on your premium before doing this).

There are none currently on ebay.

I have checked the below websites with no luck. But you could try contacting them direct.
