Constantly jams
Xerox has some good information on their web site regarding troubleshooting problems with their printers. I'd first suggest you visit there for help.
As for general jam problems, try to determine where the paper is jamming.
If it is a feed problem, for example, you can clean the feed rollers with Isopropyl Alcohol or run them over the sticky side of clear packing tape to clean them.
If the paper is folding or getting stuck somewhere, look for what might be blocking it. I've seen this happen when one page jams and the page is torn and part is left in the printer. I've also seen situations where labels were put through the printer and some got free and stuck to the inside of the printer causing jams.
If you can provide a bit more detail on where the jam is located, we can help you find the cause.

If thats the case, Most likely your feed tires are slick, aka worn out. You may try and clean them with a soapy cleaner , such as fantastic, then reclean them with alcohol.
But most likely they are smothe and spinning on the paper.

If you're setting up the printer or changing the toner or ink cartridge for the first time, double-check the instructions to make sure that you installed the cartridge correctly and, for new printers, that you have removed all the pieces of cardboard or plastic packing material.
Step
2
Check to see whether paper is feeding from the paper tray. If it's not leaving the tray at all, try feeding a page manually (if that's an option) or using a different paper tray. Sometimes a problem with the tray can be traced to a broken spring or a piece of plastic.
Step
3
If paper is feeding from the tray but jamming in the printer, examine where the jam is occurring and then inspect the printer carefully to see if you can find what is causing the problem. A piece of paper, for instance, might be blocking the paper path.
Step
4
If paper is feeding through the printer but coming out blank, check to see whether the printer is out of toner or ink. A defective toner or ink cartridge could be the problem.
