Get online and got to www.google.com In the google search box type: "Daewoo Support" (without the quotes and put your manufacturer name before Support). Look for downloads and drivers. Enter your model number and operating system when requested. Download and install the Webcam drivers.
You have to open the webcam software to activate or start the webcam. There is no button to push or switch to turn on. The webcam software is somewhere in the program list. Click Start/Programs then search for any reference to webcam or camera. Sometimes the webcam might be inside one of the manufacturers folders in the program list so search the folders for it. Some manufacturers have something like Entertainment Experience that will open and show all the entertainment devices such as the dvd drive, webcam, media player, etc. if you see it click it to launch it then click on the webcam or camera icon. You can always download Manycam and install it. Go to www.google.com and in the search box type: "download.cnet.com" (without the quotes). Click on the link to go to the site. When the site opens look down on the left and you will see a gray area that says Find Software. Type "Manycam" (without the quotes) in the white search area then hit the search mirror. When it brings back your results look for the one that says ManyCam Virtual Webcam. Down load it and install it. Make sure you remove the check box on any junky programs it would like to install. You only want to install ManyCam, no additions whatsoever during the install. ManyCam is totally FREE and easy to use, and you will always know where your webcam software is.
