TH-42PX60U that has no power and no LED light coming on. Breaker is good and I have replaced the power supply board. Is there another board in the set that would prevent the power from coming on?

Please forgive me if this sounds offensive to youor intelligence, but let's eliminate the obvious , (and free) things first ! I had a similar scare with my used LG HDTV. I had it plugged in to a "Surge Protected" power bar that had 4 of the 10 plugs "Surge Protected". I don't know why, but the TV was plugged into a "Surge Protected" plug, and ZIP!! No power ! Why did I buy a used HDTV, how could I be so thoughtless !. But then, as I noticed my lamp plugged into a non-Surge protected plug, was working, so I plugged the HDTV into a regular plug & "TA DAAA !" Check also to see if the powre plug, often is removable, just maybe look up in your manual "FIRST" and see if you can find if the power cord is removable, if so, the cat hitting it by accident, once, or repeatedly, as with a friend, can slighly remove it. See if this simple thing will take care of it. Sometimes we move things around, and enough stress on the power cord can partially remove it, or there is a permanent "bend damage". Contact the manufacturer to see if you can replace it with the removable power cord of some other appliance, an old "Boom BOX", or how much is a new cord (a lot less than a trip to the repair shop. Did the kids play with the remote and accidentally set the timer, and it went off as it was told to do so ? If your "Plasma HD TV" blew something, feep in mind how hot these things get, try to make sure they have as much space as possible to keep cool, and extend the life of your "loved one", the HDTV that is ! Never be to quick to be upset, and you'll be surprised how simple things can fix it, or all the great people on "FIX YA" will help out. "DON"T BE SHY !!"

What could be the cause of a Chaotic image (red and blurry) besides nearby electrical products?

Disconnect all external devices ,if the problem is gone then on of them is the cause, reattach on at a time till the problem returns and that item is the cause, however if the fault persists when all external devices have been removed there is a problem with the tv and further investigation will have to be performed.

Why do I have no sound? ive checked all the settings"

A guess here but do we assume you are using the speakers built into the TV? Also you do not tell what your source is and the type of connection. For instance if you have a VCR with a S-Video connection then you will have a decent picture but no sound as S-Video is strictly for video, you need a left/right RCA cable. If it's HDMI then it handles audio and video but some device you need to configure correctly so the HDMI cable will work.

When we turn on our TV, there is a green shadow and green pixals. it lasts for 10-15 minutes and then goes away.

This symptom is the beginning of the end of the TV. Unfortunately, the repair costs, which probably involve the processor, would exceed the price of a new (and better because of features available) TV. Sticking with plasma is logical for price and quality.

Green tint in picture

Are the lines completely through the screen or just the upper or lower part of the screen? If through the whole picture, lines in the picture of a plasma can be caused by a defective Main Logic Control board or a bad plasma panel. The panel, if available would be very expensive (cheaper to buy a new TV). If the lines are just on the upper or lower part of the screen then it is the upper or lower scan drive board. Here is a list of the parts for your TV.https://www.tristatemodule.com/t-Search.aspx?q=TH-42PX60U
