The speakers are intergrated in to the monitor and don't seem t.
First, find out if the speakers or audio is working properly. At your PC menu, left click Setting, Control
Panel, and Add hardware. Click the add hardware wizard and just follow the instruction until you will find all the installed hardware of your PC. Click at the Audio, and the sound driver of your PC to find if these are working properly. Assuming that this are working
properly, test the audio output of your PC by putting
in another set of speaker (borrowed or otherwise).
If you hear the sound, then it is a connection problem. The wire to the speaker could be broken, or
the speaker itself. Under this condition, it is your
option to open up your monitor and test the speakers.
Or to just buy a new set of speakers. Unless you
are familiar with handling an open monitor, you may
go ahead with opening the monitor Otherwise, it is
wiser to buy the speakers which is much cheaper
than a monitor that could accidentally get damage.

Video head needs thorough cleaning. If no head cleaner, then run a few long tapes through it in the fast scan mode since the tape itself is abrasive and will over time remove debris from the heads. If that does not do it, try a chemical cleaner to dissolve the material.

You might just be able to go to:
Start > Control Panel > System
You should see a place where the product key is. There might be a button there to activate or put in a new key. What you need to do is look at the sticker on the side of your computer and there will be a Windows Product Key there. Just input that one in because it is the correct number.
That should work. I just had the same problem on mine. It had some number already in it but it was wrong. I had to get the real number off that sticker. Once you buy Windows, it doesn't go away, it is yours forever - unless you just downloaded a trial version or something.

- Power Off Again: Turn off the device once more.
- Jumper Adjustment: Change the jumper configuration from pins 2 and 3 to pins 1 and 2.
- Finished: Your Porpo YH-2000 is now set to the desired angular unit mode.
If you encounter any issues, you can press the reset switch on the back of the device to reinitialize it.
