Absolutly your samsung phone still locked my friend. You must unlock it using samsung GT-E2550 unlock code first. After you insert samsung unlock code in your phone then you can change your sim card as many as you like.

Hi Dave, If you've locked your phone through entering an incorrect pin number 3 times then you need a Puk code, Ring your service provider and they will give you the FREE Puk code..... If you lock your phone again some time in the future and you're still with the same service provider you can use that same Puk code.. CHEERS..

Please clarify what do you want to do

You can only adjust the voice volume when a call is in progress. There is no menu option.
When you are in a phone call, press upwards on the central 4 way navigation button (the centre circle).
This will turn the call volume up.

Try the last 4 of your phone number(Number currently active on the device). If it does not work, try 0000, 1111. If you still have no luck, your Service provider should be able to fix it. Take it to one of their stores or better yet, give them a call from another unit.

Contact the carrier ATT, SPRINT,etc they have to provide the unlock codes and they will only authorize that if the phone is out of contract and paid current.
