If you can't remember the password ! You will need to do a factory reset to reset the router to factory settings. however all settings will be lost and have to be set up again. Google your model number and factory reset If you need to change it you need to tell us the model number so we can figure out the exact instructions.

You probably need to call your internet provider so they can allow it.

If your other devices will connect to the router fine, then the problem is not with the router. check your PC to see if the WIFI card is working or is turned off.

This happened to me and finnaly I got the TV close enough to the router for it to work (guess some built-in WiFi hardware in some TVs is not very good). You could also install a range extender for your WiFi if you don't want to move the TV.
