Make sure the volume and master volume are turned up. Try the amp with a different cabinet and a known good speaker cable. If you get sound, it's your speakers or your speaker cable. If still no sound, you need your amp serviced.

On my previous question, help for biasing the output tubes, this is a Line 6 Spider Valve HD 100 Mk1 Bogner guitar amp. There are no potentiometers for this in the Mk1.

My line 6 lowdown 750 keeps cutting out when i play a low b on my bass

Protective circuits kicking in. You may be overdriving the preamp to a clipping condition the amp sees as a problem. If it is under warranty, contact Line 6 and see if this is normal for this amp. It should not be, but you never can be sure.
