If you have configured it to be the secondary video adapter in the bios, then it will not work as it has to be set as the primary graphics. the bios will still be looking for your AGP graphics card as the primary and bypass your on board graphics. If you need to use on board graphics, right click the graphics card in properties>hardware>device manager and select dissable or uninstall.

Well, based on what you are saying, I would say that the motherboard has been affected in some way. Try reseating the CPU and the RAM, then try powering it up.

If you can, could you check your cmos battery, to see if it's flat. then come back. Some boards need the battery to even boot not to just hold bios sttings. You also have to bear in mind if the proccessor isn't working it will go no further than power up. Also, removing cmos battery doesn't clear cmos on all mobo's, you have to put jumper across pins 2-3 on JBAT1 terminals and then back to pins 1-2. Why did you need to clear the cmos; have you done any upgrades?

use unidentified device drivers (download) it searches for all drivers needed on motherboard locate video driver info note name and number do a search for them download install.
the above program has helped me alot to find unknown drivers

You must have a case speaker pluged into the four pin header coming off the board. In your manual on page 16 is a diagram. Your current Mb speaker may be defective. You can possible get one from your Mfg. Technical support issue at 580.272.0035

theres 2 types of engines. the non turbo is usually similar to a neon chrysler.. ( i have one) computer is under hood by the "bubble" not a real mitsubishi comptuer which is inside the car nto unde the hood.
ecu by fusebox=chirsler RS model if ecu inside car mitsubishi.

you will not get all 4gb because the flash drive has to format and setup instruction the drive will only be about 3.86gb not 4gb

The BIOS information is typically found at or near the top of the POST screen for a very short time

ALR PC non / PCI =CTRL+ALT+ESC

AMD advanced micro devices=BIOS = DEL

Award BIOS = DEL

Dtk Datatech Enterprises Co. BIOS = ESC

Phoenix BIOS = CTRL+ALT+S

Phoenix BIOS = CTRL+ALT+INS

Restart your computer
during the boot process you will see on the screen to press a certain key usually Delete or F2 to enter setup
this will differ depending on which bios you have

Press and hold that key during the boot up process to enter BIOS
if you have changed any of the BIOS settings by mistake

you can load failsafe or optimised defaultsusing the arrow keys you can after you make any changes in BIOS press Esc then press the F10 button save to cmos to restart

CMOS is an on-board semiconductor chip powered by a CMOS battery inside computers that stores information such as the system time and date and the system hardware settings for your computer..

this will reset your cmos
