You can likely get a new screen there usually around £80 upwards there maybe a link on you- tube telling you how to replace it depends on how good you are with doing your own repairs of take it in for repair though with the cost and labour it may be worth just investing in a new machine or you could plug it in to an external monitor or a TV with a VGA or HDMI connection.

Go to file explorer to the left is a list click on this PC and it'll display all your drives including your DVD drive click on the DVD drive and there will be another list click on eject and it should open.

Have you tried looking on you-tube also beware of opening up any computer laptop as you could void your warranty also use an anti-static band if you don't have one touch a bare metal surface to ground yourself so you don't damage any electronics.

Where do I insert CD?
Good question. The images on the website are not good enough to determine where to put in a CD/DVD. The specifications from the site state that there is a DVD/CD drive, which is good because many new desktops don't come with a DVD/CD drive.
My recommendation is to right-click on the Windows Start button and open Windows Explorer. In Windows Explorer, click on the computer. You should now see your DVD/CD drive under the line Devices with Removable Storage. Right-click on the DVD RW drive and select "Eject" and the drive should open.
