If you are computer savvy, remove the memory sticks and hard drive, fit a new backup cell and power it on empty. If it loads to no OS on screen, add memory and check again. depends on how many RAM slots it has and what your using it for. if your using it for office work I suggest you use 2 to 4 GB of RAM any more is a waste of money. most all in one desktops come with 2 RAM slots so the MAX RAM is 2 sticks of 16gb RAM. hope this helps!
