First make sure that the Bluetooth and webcam device is connected and installed properly in the device manager

• control panel
• system
• hardware
• device manager

If not install then install it as-

• Then Right Click on My Computer select Manage then Go to the Device Manager and Click on Update Hardware Option
• After updated you see a Icon as yellow Question Marks with The name of your Device.
• Just Right Click on it and select Update Driver
• Do as per the given Direction.

Iei cablul USB si il introduci in spatele computerului, in mufa corespondenta. Apoi, introduci CD-ul de instalare si urmezi pasii care apar acolo.
