Consider NOT connecting your camera to your computer.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program, such as Picasa ( http://picasa.google.com ).

you can unroll and count.. if it was.. then send back to manufacturer

make sure that the camera is connected to the pc, check for the message in the camera display, say yes to connect to the pc and check if it+s been found by the computer as a drive if don´t you have a problem with the camera. if it appers them the problem is in the camedia you need to go there and tell him that u are using usb port.

After looking at the manufacturer's website I can see that the printer is only supported through XP. Do not despair however! You can still run the printer through a virtual machine using Windows XP Mode. A great tutorial is put out by Microsoft that explains how to use this feature in Windows 7. You can find it here:

there should be a setting on the printer software for paper.

Open the picture you want to print in your favorite image editing or picture organizing software and click the printer icon in it's toolbar or go to File->Print. If your printer is properly setup the picture should print.

have you checked the flow of the ink...

there may be some particles or dust blocking the way of the ink flow
