for you p.u.k code . you will need to contact your sim card network ask them for it you may be asked a couple of questions about the phone and for the ime number but they are the ones who will have the puk code ,

do not try any other number till you have the puk code and set a new pass code .

That means, there is a pending message in your outbox. Delete that message in your outbox. (Outbox - Messages unsent goes there)

try to goto Settings > Enhancements > and see the settings from there
go in Loopset > and if it is switched on, switch it off and try if the phone works as normal..
if it dsnt, i wud recommend resetting the phone should do the trick..

I trawled the net looking for answers. Some suggestions were, take out battery and sim for a few minutes, restore factory settings, clean connections... someone even suggested you put it on the washing machine while it was in use! I tried all of the above without success (yes, even the washing machine one). I rang the Nokia helpline and all they offered was the suggestions above and to send it in to be fixed. I was answering the phone with the headset in, just by chance, after a day or so I removed the headset and voila! problem had solved itself, icon was removed. It did come back when someone made me a call but I put the headset in for a few minutes then took it out and the icon went away. Hope this helps :)

ur gprs might not activated..u must activate dt in order to send photos via mms..coz once u activated the gprs u must activate the mms too..so that's it..
