Were do I find the WPS button on packard-bell laptop
You don't. The WPS button is on the router. Press it and, when the latop sees the wireless network, it will ask you to enter the pin. The pin is normally writen on the sideor bottom of the router on a sticker.

Is there a manual for Model# A950-TWR Packard
This answer is not an answer to the question. FixYa should demonstrate it cares what it posted on its site by removing spam posts like one advising that a full restore operation is the answer. Clearly, Khalil has not read the question.

Packard bell imedia MC2569 show no signal on monitor
WARNING: Before you start troubleshooting remember that you are dealing with electricity that can KILL.
http://www.kitchentablecomputers.com/static.php - rules Test all power and data leads that attach to your hard drive IDE,SATA the leads from your (motherboard to your hard drive) make sure they have secure dust free connections and are not faulty if its a 40 pin flat ribbon type it will be the first to fail make sure all leads that are attached to your drives dvd\cd 3 1/2 inch floppy have secure connections and are not faulty even something as small as a faulty electrical fan and its lead can cause you problems computers need all power and data to continue through every working device and to have an end so any faulty leads will end up with a computer error
Check your RAM. The RAM is located in the middle of the motherboard. There are tabs that you can push to release the RAM. Remove it and put it back in place until the tabs pop out. Loose RAM can cause your computer not to start properly where you want to see a video signal. Make sure your graphics card is securely seated with no dust built up or in the socket if you remove your graphics check the socket to make sure its dust free Restart your computer then reinstall it this should activate found new hardware wizard Check the vga lead for secure dust free connection or try another vga lead.

min mouse har stoppat att
Check the pins if it's a PS2 mouse. They sometimes get smashed together. Try another mouse by removing the bad one first in Control panel Mouse or pointing device, remove or uninstall. reboot and put in new mouse. should be found by software and installed correctly.

No power at all, np lights come on and well
No power and power LED does not light up, this indicates either the mains power is off or you have a faulty power lead. Test the mains socket and the mains power lead.
If these are OK then the fault most likely a faulty switch mode power supply. Remove the switch mode power supply and get it tested at your friendly computer repair shop OR borrow a power supply and insert it into your PC to see if it now boots up.
If it boots up the replace the power supply with a new switch mode power supply with the same total wattage or higher wattage.

Keeps beeping when i turn it on but there is no
A beep code usually means there is a problem with the motherboard, CPU or some other hardware. You have to listen carefully to the code, write it down if necessary,ie: one long, two short, etc. and refer to your manual. Alot of times it's a ram problem,ie, either one stick is bad or maybe there is a bad connection. Write down your beep code and repost.

Hi can you tell me where i can find the sound
If you were to log on to the
manufacturer's web site, I think you will be pleasantly surprised as
usually one is able to download, by model number, Customer
Instruction Manuals, list
of Dealers for spare part supplies and Driver
downloads
as required.
Just Google the manufacturer's name and
follow the links. Make certain you are directed to the manufacturer's
web site as some search engines direct you to other sites and they
charge for the information that is normally free of charge.
I hope this helps.

How Do I Repair A
The registry is corrupted. To fix it all you have to do is to reload the last backup or the last known good configuration.
If you don't have a backup or it has also failed, then you must reinstall.
