Hello, One of 2 things could be wrong with this. First the toner cartridge could be bad. Second the pressure roller may have a streak on it and need to be replace. A maint kit should correct this problem.

Sounds like a fusing unit error.Does it print at all?If so does the print on the page rub off/This is a sure sign of a fuser issue.
