You need to contact the manufacturer, Fixya did not sell you the item and we do not have the activation key.

If it is just the one note that has stopped working it is probably the contact strip. you could check this by moving one of the contacts from a working octave to the non working octave, if it solves the problem just replace the contact strip. report back if this solves the issue and I can point you in the right direction for the part needed. Are you using the power supply that came with it? If not that may be the issue, or the power supply itself may be bad.

Hi It maybe that you have set a transpose option. return the keyboard to factory setting by holding down the highest white key as you turn it on. Once it has started up release the key. Try the tuning and report back. Good luck
