Hi Sondra, I had a lot of trouble with DH when I first joined too.Your best bet may be to click the forgot password button. If that doesn't help, they should have sent you a confirmation email. Check your spam box if you didn't get it. If worse goes to worst, just re-join.

You need to put in the password that goes with the account you entered. If you enter a name of an existing account, you never guess the correct password and you can't get in. First thing for every site or service with accounts is to setup an account. chose make account first. Then if you try to use a name that is already given, the system will tell you to chose another name.

reregister! use a new name and password.

Your user name is your email that you signed up with and you have several ways after that to reset password

hi I forgot my gmail accout and i need to retrievet urgent can you help me?

Logged into my account this morning early with no problems. Just tried to log in a few minutes ago and they are asking for my username and pass word so I type that it but they say I am not in their data base.
