Smilebox' video recording is not compatible with all players; you would have to contact Smilebox and give them more info on exactly what you are using to record/play back. Sorry, hope they can help you out!

Assuming nothing else has changed in your computer (no other programs/add-ons installed that would cause this), I'd download the free Revo Uninstaller & Auslogics Disk Defrag from ninite.com. Use Revo to fully uninstall the software-- it clears all bits from the registry as well (only tick the boxes in bold type & delete). Then, restart your PC & download a new instance of Smilebox. Get rid of any old SB installers if they remain in your downloads folder. Now, before reinstalling Smilebox, please do a system clean- open computer, right-click C:, properties, disk cleanup. Delete all it finds & then run the Auslogic Defrag program. After that, run chkdsk (Computer>right-click the C: drive>properties>tools>error checking>tick fix files only). When it's done, try reinstalling Smilebox. HTH
