Where is the water connection for ice

The water line going to the unit will usually go directly to the water solenoid that is activated by the ice maker when it needs water for the tray. Check bottom of unit.

Freezer continues to be warm even though it's full

have you check the condensing unit it could be in need of cleaning depending how old is the unit.also check the fan blades for excessive dirt wich will decrease the rpm o the fan motor.

Sub Zero 532 Freezer Not Making Ice

These all sound like there is no water coming into the ice trays. The main water valve where the water feed line comes into the unit is probably plugged or not working at all. The solinoid may not be opening the valve..If you can operate a voltohm meter then test the solinoid coil to see that it is good by seeing an ohm reading below 1000 ohms. Also if you are crafty enough you could unplug the wires from it and connect 110vac directly to the solinoid coil to see if it clicks and lets water run in.. Also be sure the water is coming to the solinoid...If water is coming to it and the solinoid is letting water go through when fed directly with 110vac the problem is in the control circuit that operates the ice maker.
That problem would be on the Ice maker itself...

Subzero 700BR Refridgerated Drawers Not Cooling

If your unit is new enough to have an on/off button on the keypad, then put it into diagnostic mode by pressing and holding the "colder" button, the pressing the on/off button at the same time. the display should change and it should read a temp like 67r or 67e. you can scroll back and forth through the 2 temp readings by pressing the colder key. If the fridge has been running, the temp of the one ending in "e" should be no more than 38. If it is, then you most likely are low on freon and will need to have the evaporater replaced. The part will be covered under the 12 year parts warranty, but the labor will only be covered for 5 years.(from date of install, not date of manufacture printed on the lable) If you want to go into it more, take the lower drawer out and remove the 6 screws holding the panel to the floor inside the fridge, then slide out the floor panel. Look at the coils in there, and if you see a ball of ice on the left hand side, you have a freon leak and the above repair is what youll need to to. if its older than 5 years, ecpect to pay about$500 to have it fixed...it's a mojor pain. If its less than a year out of the 5 year, call subzero...theyll probably take care of it for you anyways. Good Luck!

There is a noise coming from the motor area. It stops when I open the door, then starts again when I close it.

that sounds like the fan motor in the machine. You can open the door then press in the light and other switch to engage the fan and then you'll be able to hear it with the door open to verify if a problem is there If you need further help, I’m available over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/jason_4570d45317834dd3

My sub zero service light and EC 24 are flashing, fridge is getting warmer...suggestions?

The ec 24 alarm is from a sensor that is located behind the freezer wall and connects to the control board in the ref. When the temp gets to a certain point the sensor will trip giving the alarm. If the temperature in the freezer is gone up but is around the 20 -30 degree F range, I would remove the grate that covers the compressor and check to see if the fan is running and if the coils are dirty. Either one of those can cause temps to go up. If the fan is running and the coils are clean, Call a service company because you possibly have a sealed system issue If you need further help, I’m available over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/jason_4570d45317834dd3
