Guanaquito you suggested I spray with water my 690

You can use a chemical degreaser on the condenser, just be sure to unplug the unit and put paper towels down around it to absorb the grease and cleaner, and let it air out well before plugging it back in and turning it on. Water wont help anything if its grease buildup. if your fridge is not cooling, it's most likely some other problem though. it's very rare that a dirty condenser causes cooling issues on a 690 Good Luck!

What can be done about a dispenser assembly

Well changing the dispenser would have no effect on your issue. Open the door and look up into the ice chute. You should see where the water comes out. Sometimes hard water deposits at the end of the nozzle will make the water spray out I the wrong direction

The light on the refrigerator side of my Sub Zero does not work

The light switch at the top of the door frame is bad. it controls all the lighting including the display for the board. you will have to remove the grille up top, remove the cover over the 2 switches, and replace the switch that is all white. the one with a black back is for the fan and rarely goes bad. Just unplug the unit or at least turn it off before changing this switch, as it is live any time the unit is turned on.

Sub-zero fringe ligth bulk out?

Most likely a bad light switch, if all the lights are out in the fridge side. easy to change by removing the upper grille like you do to clean the condenser, then removing the cover over the switches. There are 2 under the cover. one is all white, and one is white with a black back for the fan. Unplug the fridge or kill the circuit breaker, remove the 2 wires from the all white one, remove the switch from the frame of the fridge by squeezing it out with a pair of pliers and dropping it out of the frame. new one snaps back into place, Hook up the 2 wires you removed earlier, doesn't matter which wire goes on which terminal. hope this helps!

On sub zero 690 like to change bulb in lighted electronic control panel

you will have to remove the light shield, remove the plastic trim that says the model number in front of the light shield, then the 2 screws holding the side cover on the left side of the fridge section. Then the cover will need to be pushed towards the rear of the fridge then tipped out at the front. It has springs holding it in the back. That should access the bulb you need to change

Is it possible to clean the condenser with low

Hi, Yes but this will create a dusting nightmare for the rest of the house. By just cleaning the condenser is not enough for the computer has no knowledge of said act. You must rest the computer after cleaning, your model has a picture of a bell on the panel of the control. Push and hold that bell for 10 seconds, you should hear a beep and the service light will disappear. If this returns, this means either the condenser is dirty or the computer has detected that it takes too long to reach your desired temp. But reset first, less work and see what happens.Good Luck I’m happy to help further over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/gere_bf68e6055dd61249

Fridge runs all the time

It is likely the condenser fan is not functioning, or the condenser is dirty. You may need to open the compressor access panel to check. If you can hear the compressor running, and the condenser feels warm, the fan should be running. If it isn't, it probably needs to be replaced. Another symptom is the area around the doors feels warm.

Sub zero 690 model if doors are not flushed right

It is perfectly normal for the refr door on a side by side Subzero to stick out a little further than the freezer door. That light could mean several things. If you have vacuumed the condenser then you should call a repairman to look at it.

Sub zero 690 side by side refrigerator . Vacume

That light comes on when the unit is running more than normal to maintain temperature. Have you vacuumed the condenser coil at the top right of the unit? It could be that simple. There is also a fan up top to move air thru the condenser that may be stalling out and not circulating air. The most expensive cause would be a sealed system issue such as a refrigerant leak. With a replacement cost somewhere around $10,000 you may just be better of locating your local authorized service center.
