Turn off win xp

Try pressing CTRL + ALT + ESC and that will start the task manager. Let's say it's Internet Explorer that is causing the problem. Just click on it and click end task. Same thing goes for your problem.

WHAT IS THE POLARITY FOR HAUPPAUGE win tv-hvr-1950

Dish replaced our old dish with new dish and receiver is a vip222k.we have a Hauppauge 950q which worked with old receiver but now we get a snowy picture.both dish and950q are set to channel 73.

How about some more info. Is it a Hard Drive,SSD, did you use the delete function on the device or an add on app(program) for deletion.

My television will suddenly turn off every 4 minutes or so and when I turn it back on it will do it again. I need help to stop this please?
