oh fun i love traulsen, what is going on with the fridge? is the temperature not satisfying? needs to be set?

here I replaced compressor. and charge with 404A

If its a refrigerator, there is no defrost. If its a freezer, there is a defrost termination bi metal button attached to the coil with a fixed value that will kick it back into the freeze cycle to keep it from turning into an oven in case the defrost timer fails. There is no easy way to defeat it. Sorry.

make sure you are not blocking the evap air outlet with product.

check your condener coil and make sure it is not plugged, also check your evap coil and see if it is froze up. need more info

check the freon level. Most likely low on that. Many other things can cause this but start there and let me know if we need to go farther.
