Connect pc

Try NOT connecting your camera to your computer. The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program such as Picasa ( http://picasa.google.com ).

Card error - samsung a50

the card reading error appears when the card is locked by the side button ..and you try to make an operation forbidden by this locking action ...another thing may be a reading issue based on the card reader driver malfunction ...so reinstalling the card reader will be a point to start ..after that be sure that the card is not physically locked by the side slide button ..and the last thing be sure the files are not protected...another issue that may cause the error is the contacts of the card itself ...insert it proper and be sure they are not oxidized ...
If you do not have important files on it ..a formatting will be a good thing to do ...

My digimax a50 camera keeps saying card locked

SD and SDHC cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card. If the switch is already in the proper position, slide it fully the other way and then back again.

Audio level problemos

This may sound silly, but did you have your finger over the mic on the camera? Its just underneath the lens at the front.
I have generally found that the sound on movies taken with this camera is poor, you need the sound source to be quite close to the camera for clear sound.

File error

First off... let's make sure you are doing one thing correctly. After you take a picture, it writes the information to your memory card. Make sure you allow it to complete that process _before_ you change and dial settings, go into the menu, or try to review it. If you interrupt it while it is writing to the card, the image will often become corrupt and give you the file error message. Next, I want you to format the card. Use your manual to find out the correct steps to follow. But be aware that it will remove all the information and photos from the card. It essentially erases the card so it looks empty and brand new to the camera. If the problem persists, you more than likely have a bad card. If it's still under warranty, try to return it. Otherwise, you may have to purchase a new one. Thanks in advance for reviewing me.

This can be a broken shutter cable inside the lens. Toes it still make the "click" (not from the speaker)?
