lost the DC power pack you did.most are wall wart power packs,. not power cords (simple wire)it is DC power pack to run the DC motor inside the ANTENNAAC to DC power pack it is, and the voltage must be correct. not guessing and for sure amp rating at least same as original or the rotor motor will fail.

What are you measuring across? Ground is ground and you should be using that pin to measure all others.

The key lock should be disabled by pushing and holding the 5-way key to the left for 5+ seconds. (You should see a response on the screen but do not hold it long enough to re-engage the lock.)
