Screen change color
Can't remember for sure but I'm thinking that to change back light brightness you need to tap power button. It is possible that back light burned out. It is not cost effective to repair that.

My garmin 276 C won’t turn on
"The Garmin GPSMAP 276C is discontinued and is not supported by Garmin Repair Service.
It would be recommended to upgrade to a new GPS."
I was able to find chargers and maps and such, but no luck at all with any printed circuit boards.
