Get your keurig to prime
Google Keurig reset codes and find your model number. I had to reset mine and it worked fine since I found the codes. Y ou can also call Keurig and they can walk you through the reset.

are you using the "large" cup button? The Kerig coffee maker (i believe) makes either an 8 or 12 ounce cup of coffee, which may be smaller than your mug.

Hi, not too sure about what your doing to get the correct water, but it sounds like the check valve or one way valve is faulty. Is the water hot or cold that is backflowing. Cold means its coming from the pump. If its hot, its coming from the boiler. Darryn
