HP PE4240N 42 in. HD-Ready Plasma Television Questions & Answers
I have a black line down the middle of my screen
haha!! got the same problem with mine.you could check in youtube, they got a viedo how to fix it.I tried in mine and the line went away.the problem resides in some simple resistors ( i believe). if you open your tv,it has like type phillis screws in the back ,you'll see rome kind of ribbon wires from the tv chassis(exactly from boards) that going into the screen ,these ribbon wires have small electronical pieces(don't remember the name right now) that tends to get loose for overheating and if you have some little practice in getting your hand in a lead solder, you could fix it yourself realtive easy.just have to reweld on top of them.there's a few of them(ribbon wires) just look for the one closest to the vertical line and reweld those resistor, being carefull not to burn the ribbon wires.....good look and let me know how it went.......

Where is the Logik LPV 09 HP reset button
The location of the reset button on the Logik LPV 09 HP would likely be in the owner's manual or on the company's website. It is also possible that the device does not have a physical reset button and can be reset through software or by unplugging the device for a certain amount of time. If you cannot find the information in the manual or on the website, you should contact the manufacturer for assistance. if i was able to help my cashapp $ralphpapi thank you have a blessing day
I try to start a HP iq775. When I press the power button I heard one short beep and I see a red light red and then blue, and turn off inmediately. The PC won't start. The power supply works fine. Help
All HP iq77x all-in-one PCs suffer from the same problem of a faulty motherboard. This is primarily a soldering issue on the graphics chip, which develops cracks in the solder balls. The PCs contained a separate graphics card, which goes faulty first. This can be removed and the display connector can be moved on the motherboard to use the on-board graphics. This will eventually show the same issue. A short term fix was to heat the graphics chip with a hot air gun or other means (plenty of suggestions can be found on-line) which sometimes works for a few weeks at most. The only 'permanent' fix is to have the chip professionally removed and re-soldered; an expensive option.
If you are lucky, your PC is still wired to use the add-on graphics card, in which case you might be able to remove this and rewire for the motherboard graphics.
I have a HP MD5820N tv and it started making a loud humming noise and the colour went all dark and flickering and now will not turn on, the red lights flashes twice under the light bulb and thermometer pictures
Sounds like The main power supply regulator section circuit fault. Either it will be a separate board, or the part of main board. Check and replace damaged component/s at its main power regulator [SMPS] section circuit. Contact any service technician. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. It will be best to replace the power supply regulator board as card basis rather than making "Surgery" to it; which usually will make loss for both money and time. Even though you can make it right, it will cost around an amount equal to the cost of a new board; including the cost of (spare parts + service charge) More to say, most of the spare parts to it will be difficult to get from open electronic spare part market. This is true to most of the flat panel TV power supply boards; irrespective of its brand and screen size.

White vertical bars on HP PL4260N Plasma TV. What recommendations for repairs and or boards affected in TV set
If those bars are vertical are going up and down and not horizontal that means the lower circuit board that connect to the plasma panel are bad most likely this is an LG TV but this is not something that can be fixed you can take it apart while at least an hour after it's unplugged before you can touch ID cards along the long circuit board see if there's any connection connection connection that you can disconnect and reconnect and very carefully clean up possibly this could be the problem but usually when you have that type of line which is a vertical line you have a bad panel and that's not good and I'm betting this is an LG TV
