In the back of the set you should find a small 'spade' type fuse, replace with Fuse: 15-amp, mini ATM type There is a fuse holder in on the yellow wire on the wiring harness, pull out the unit and replace fuse. I just purchased the VX7020 and went to Settings-Language-typed in 5,4,3,2,1,0 but the menu never came up. Any ideas?

Ground - negative
12v positive - switchable positive (for example, on when ignition is on, usually connected to accessory side on ignition switch)
auto ant - connected to your electric antenna or to turn on external amplifier.
Memory - connected to always on positive (to keep all your stereo presets )

This is a loose connection. Can you get the unit out? All of the connections except power (fairly sure about that) must be checked. Optional - if you can't remove the unit then you'll have to go to a professional. Put Jenson vx 4024 and your question in Youtube as well.
