bad convergence board

The captioning comes from your digital box. Look for the button on the remote. As you recorded it with captions, not sure if you can remove after recording, but worth a try.

Hi Jimbo, generally this issue is from defective LED lamps, the inverter is shutting down because of over current because of shorted LED's. All the main board knows (the board that issues the error codes) is the inverter shut down, it has no way of knowing why.

If the mechanism is in the wrong position, you will get the error message. Re set the mechanism refering to the deck service manual.

Pull the back off and see if you can see some bulged capacitors if your comfortable doing this, another issue could be bad solder joints on one of the boards, you could try baking each board starting with the power supply board in the oven to see if this corrects it, there are vids on youtube that tell how to bake the boards.

Unfortunately this could be any of 5 or 6 boards with issues, it's most likely not going to be worth fixing as parts are expensive and hard to find for this model TV

I don't believe the shorted LED diodes would cause your issue. Are you getting the command from the main to turn the power board on when the main voltage (16v) drops?

Some of the capacitors may have dried out, it will need to be taken in for service

Question edited for clarity and Bell Fibe (my supplier :>) The DVD is using the screen as a monitor. The Bell Fibe signal uses the television's tuner board. Double check you have the Bell Fibe HDMI cable firmly inserted and also check the Source Button on the Remote. You really need a new one though as technology has moved on with 4K and Smart, Internet connected sets.

Yes, you need to find the IR codes for each device or do a manual program for each. Your remote manual will have the instructions as to how to program either way.

Remove the mains power and that cancels any programmes etc so it will be ready to start again.

F04 is a mechanism issue; the µProcessor doesn't know the position of the mechanism. Take it to a Panasonic Service department for service.
