There are no new codes/firmware, as we speak i am watching tv on my starview.
IF you have lost ALL channels then virgin has switched your area over to nagravision 3.
It may be worth trying to reflash your box with the last released firmware and rescanning your box.
You are about the 10th person today that has complained there box has stopped working, so it looks like times up for alot of people.

Nagravision 3 has stopped you receiving any channels except freeview. Kiss goodbye to your box unfortunately :(

Try factory reset and scan again. Turn emu on after scan.

what and how do you do a power scan

hi thanks for your help i put the nos into my eurovox then i pressed scan took a while but im now back on full channels so give this a try it has worked for me thanks again

Disconnect power for 30 secs then plug back in. language screen will come up again press OK and it will take you to installation.

If you have a mobile with camera you can check the remote by pointing at camera lens and pressing a button, you will see the IR light flashing, if it doesn't change the batteries.

Subject: Star View 3 The Box Super when channels discappear ;o) 1. Press menu then Factory Setting & Enter code 0000 to reset. 2. Exit to main menu & enter 1570 to get into the CASS SYSTEM & turn EMU on 3. Press menu then 1570..that should bring up a new menu..press the default key..you should now find your provider .. then enter the codes (you might need to re-scan)
