How do I connect up
No, each unit should have their own separate inputs on the tv - you should never send the signal from one unit thru an other, this causes a loss of image quality.
And in any way you can't do it, modern units only rarely allow it and cable boxes never did. Plug them separately - each one in separate AV inputs and select then form the Sources menu.

How do i connect my
It will depend on your TV's inputs. The included cable is a composite A/V cable. This will work. Match the RCA plugs on each device (yellow to video out on the DVD player, video in on the TV; white and red audio go similarly). Alternatively, you can get and use an S-video cable.
For a better picture if your TV has Component video, get a Component video cable (this has three RCA jacks colored red, green and blue on each end) and then use that. You can get a separate audio cable that only has the red/white RCA jacks (or use the composite video with the yellow video jacks dangling).
If your TV doesn't have Composite video inputs, you need a RF modulator (Composite to RF converter). These are available at many sites, including Radio Shack.
I hope this helps.

How do I remove a
Thank God your set is working alright and the optical headd is in good shape.
1. Open the side screws and take the lid off after switching off and removing the plug.
2. Now you can see the disc mechanism with the CD inside. There is a cross bar across the DISC which is mounted by two crews on either side.
3. remove the two screws and the top clamp on the DISC wil come out. Now remove the CD.Sometimes you will need to remove the front panel .
4. replace lid back and test.
5. If the door wont eject then it is possible that the motor has jammed, the mechanism is jammed or the motor drive IC is faulty. Tighten the cords to the mechanism motor, solder the loading IC .If not you will need to replace this loading IC.
If the motor is turned a bit and if this works then the motor brushes are faulty . You might have to change to prevent futher repeat of fault.
I hope you will be able to get this sorted with the above tips & advice.

Hi there!
My Panasonic DVD-RV32 DVD
Either the laser lens is dirty and needs to be cleaned with rubbing alcohol and a cotton swab. (you will have to remove the cover to do this)
Or you can open the disc tray, blow inside real hard about 3 times.
If cleaning doesn't work, then the laser lens circuit is bad and it will have to be replaced.

No play error message
This error means you have inserted a disc your player is not compatible with. If your are getting this message for all discs, may I suggest you flash this firmware of your player with the latest from panasonic's website, available here. Burn this file to a CD and load it. It will replace the 'brains' of your player with the latest software available. I hope that helps.

Will not read inserted dvd.
Hi there,
Well first of all open up your DVD player by removing the screws on the side and the back (depending on the model), then plug the dvd player into power outlet with cover removed. Stick a disk in and press play and give the disk a little push. Most of the time the Spindle motor is dieing out when you get a H07 error. In this case that little push may get your spindle motor to rev back up back into action. And if your as succesful as me then hopefully you have just fixed your H07 error for free without doing much work.

I`m just wondering whether you have let condensation get into the unit.
Take the dvd into a warm room. connect it to the mains and leave for two hours. Then retry.

I am getting an H07 code
If memory serves me well, code H07 means that spindle motor has to be replaced. It is ease enough to test, remove top cover from the unit, load DVD disk, when disk is loaded try to give it clockwise push. If unit starts and works - spindle motor is the problem, if it will not start then spindle motor plus driver IC has to be replaced.

Player stops. H07 appears.
This is a problem with the spindle motor, you can locate where the spindle goes into the motor and spray with wd40 leave for a few mins.
