I'm going to assume your wifi is acting up. It does help to use proper grammar when asking a question. So we know the whole situation. It looks like your F9 key should turn it back on if that is all you are asking.

Someone may have reinstalled Windows software and removed the recovery partition. Only way to fix is to use a Windows installation disc to reinstall Windows..

You can down load a program from Microsoft, just search around a little on the Web. Try to get the one from the real WWW.MICROSOFT.com, it's probably your best choice.

Dear frnd,
Probably its battery problem but before change the battery you have confirm first its battery or Adopter problem. you need do first check the adopter to another laptop which has same charging pin . if its doesn't work with another laptop then you change the adopter but if the charger works with other laptop then you need to change your battery. try it..

If it was by Asus you could. Not sure about Samsung. Usually laptops have a seperate partition then contains the files to reinstall from scratch.

OK, there are a few things to check.
1) does the power charger charge the battery? does your charging lights come on? Try and obtain a replacement charger to try (make sure yoiu use one that is rated for your laptop or you could damage the charger or your laptop. You can check the required ratings by looking at the sticker on your charger and using one with the same Volt/Amps rating.
2) try removing the battery and running the laptop just off the power supply - if this works, its likely your battery

If its none of the above, try to reset your power - remove the battery and the power supply then press and hold your power button for a minimum of 20 seconds. Reconnect the battery and charger and try again - if this works great, if not then the problem is likely to be mortherboard related. There are power regulators on the motherboard and its possible that these have blown. Take the laptop to an electronics engineer and get the fault addressed - expected repair cost would be about 50-75 GBP.

Hope this helps a little

Keyboard on what laptop or PC? is it wireless? need more information - how old is the computer its possible the motherboard went bad - moisture may be inside it if its a laptop. Doesn't seem to serious - check the connections use a different keyboard and see if that one works. Also if it came unplugged and you plugged it back in you may need to restart the computer and last if its wireless check the batteries

allright, battery not charging right? it's might be that the battery itself working properly, but the system doesn't indicate that the battery is charging, because of error in the battery management software,in order to fix the software, you need to reinstall the software by using device manager,to Open device manager, right click on My Computer, and select Properties, when the Properties windows appear, click on the Hardware tab,and you will see Device Manager button, click it and Device Manager window will appear,or you can go to Start, and type Device, then select Device Manager
Expand the Battery category, and right click on Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method Battery listing, and select Uninstall
WARNING: Do not remove the Microsoft AC Adapter driver or any other ACPI compliant driver.
On the Device Manager taskbar, click Scan for hardware changes .
