Lamp light blinking

Those blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Count it carefully. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. It has details about blinking codes, and fault locating procedure, to many popular brand TVs and other devices. http://electro-medical.blogspot.com/ http://homenol.blogspot.com/ http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ If blinks continue without any pause, the main board is faulty. Search the site by type in the "brand name" to your device, [Exclude the model number] in the "Search box at the top right of the display window of the Homepage" to get gathered related posts.

I am not getting true with the connection with my plasma tv to my computer

So you're not getting connected while VGA-out from computer to HDMI-in on TV while using proper cabling (remember you'll not get sound through VGA)?

Turned itself off. I turned it back on and power button blinks green for a few seconds then blinks red continuously. red light by card reader blinks red about every five seconds. No picture, no sound.

unplug it from power source completely 15 minutes then plug back in with NOTHING plugged into any of the ports. If it boots back up then does it again later it make be something plugged into a port causing power to back feed into the boards. I had this same issue on my plasma last year ended up being the xbox360. After this if it still wont power then your power board maybe bad.

Get rid of this TV. Had one and replaced the bulb and light engine many times. Just buy a Samsung or Vizio 50+ inch instead and be very happy. Those Panasonic projection TV's were terrible. You will find a 50 inch Vizio for around $500 bucks and it will blow your mind how great the picture looks.

Replaced lamp

My 2006 model had a problem right after I bought it, it started getting colored splotches all over, so I called panasonic and they said it could not be fixed....since I bought the insurance they sent me my money back for the tv. About 2 weeks later I got a call saying the panasonic company had sent in a repair ticket and made an appointment to come fix my tv....it turned out to be an eeprom reprogramming problem. They fixed it and panasonic paid for it. :-) The tv had a beautiful picture after that up until about October 2013. When you replace the lamp, it's important to clean out the area the lamp goes into. I wipe everything in there with a soft cloth and I also use the crevice tool on the vacuum to vacumm it out really well. Seemed to make a difference to me. But depending on the age of your tv, it could judt be a sign that something is going wrong in the light engine. My tv got darker (I just went in and lightened it in the settings) and after awhile I had to replace the lamp more often and then it started getting tiny blue spots around the perimeter of the screen. The grandkids called it the milky way. It eventually got red vertical lines and they would go away if we turned it off for a few minutes, but after awhile they were here to stay....the light engine was definitely going out. So, now we have a new 65" tv.

On my pt-50lc14 hdtv my screen is stuck on this message, 5v eeprom), 3.3v (gc2), tv-factory mode

Have you tried any of the reset commands? Try these....please let me know the result: Method 1 1. Unit power must be ON and unit must be in STOP mode. 2. Press and hold [CH UP] and [CH DOWN] ON THE UNIT for over five seconds. The unit will turn off. 3. Press [DVD POWER] to turn the unit on. Method 2 1. Press [STOP, TUNE MODE] on the main unit and [>10] on the remote control at the same time for about 3 seconds until the message "Initialized" disappears from the television screen. 2. Turn the unit off and on again. Method 3 While the unit is off, press and hold [VOLUME +], [OPEN/CLOSE] and [POWER] on the main unit at the same time for more than 5 seconds. Method 4 While the main unit is on, press [POWER] on the main unit for more than 4 sec. (All the indicators will blink twice when the main unit is reset.) Another possibility is to unplug the power cord......wait 30 minutes and plug it back in, possibly repeating the steps above. (Method 1 should reset the unit but maybe trying each of them may be necessary until it is reset. The message appears to be one that displays when the unit is in a setup mode. Thank you for your reply.

Thermal fuse may be too sensitive

The unit has more than one fan, but dust and such inside on a fan can cause this also, it does not take a lot on the fan blades to slow a fan down enough to trigger this kind of error.

My panasonic pt-50lc14 turns off the power light flashes red and temperature light flashes.

Examine the lamp first and be aware the model 50lc13 and 50lc14 which are almost identical had all sorts of problems----the lc13 was part of a massive recall/exchange that cost Panasonic tens of millions of dollars.could be lamp or even the ballast which was the real issue involved in the recall.

Abnormal 3.3 voltage which can be caused by either the power bard ( most likliest) and the main board least likliest. I would recomend replaceing the power supply board. you can get the replacement power supply from www.tvcircuitboards.com
