Where did you get your board from?
I ordered it directly from panasonic. Though I think it's discontinued now. It's not just a quick swap-out anymore, so I think you're better off taking it to a Panasonic shop.

Display not working
I think this is a common problem with this unit. Everybody I have seen on the message boards has had it happen after the warranty has expired. Mine was out of warranty, and I called Panasonic to ask what they were doing about this problem from a desing point. They basically said there was nothing they could do, but would offer me a small discount to buy a newer model. I started laughing and asked why would I buy another product from a company that has a problem that they have no intention of fixing or finding the cause of. It appears you can buy the part and do it yourself for $30 or so, but I haven't gone that route as of yet.

My Panasonic RQ-2102 cassette player sounds wonky. The speed and pitch changes a lot. Sometimes the head don't spin at all. Any thoughts?
The symptoms you describe on your Panasonic RQ-2102 cassette player are indicative of a problem with the playback mechanism, most likely related to the motor or the belt that drives it. Here are some steps you can take to try to fix the issue:
- Check the belt: Open the cassette player and look for the belt that drives the playback mechanism. If the belt is loose, broken, or worn, it can cause the speed and pitch to fluctuate or the head not to spin at all. In that case, you may need to replace the belt.
- Clean the playback head: Use a cotton swab moistened with isopropyl alcohol to clean the playback head. Dirt and debris can accumulate on the head and cause playback issues.
- Check the motor: The motor that drives the playback mechanism may be faulty or damaged. If the motor is not spinning at the correct speed, it can cause the speed and pitch to fluctuate. In that case, you may need to replace the motor.
- Lubricate the mechanism: The playback mechanism may need lubrication. Use a small amount of silicone lubricant on the moving parts of the mechanism to reduce friction and improve performance.
If these steps don't fix the issue, it may be necessary to take your cassette player to a repair shop for further inspection and repair.
K1ha25ha0001 this one is panasonic surround system cable i want it to connect to tv
Where there any other cables? That does not look like a standard connector for TVs. Could that be the cable to connect the surround sound sections together, sound bar to the sub woofer and so on. Most TVs and sound bars will use Scart, Jack, HDMI or Optical leads to connect to each other. Most new systems will have either HDMi, Optical or both.
