Three types of reset are available for the Chartplotter:
Power-On Reset: When you turn the display unit off, then on again,
the screen reverts to the chart display with all windows cleared.
Hardware Reset: This procedure enacts a power-on reset if the unit
has entered a lock-up condition.
To perform a hardware reset, press and hold the POWER key for 9
seconds.

Hope this helps.

On chart page, depth numbers sometime have a subscript number to their lower right. What is that?

These are tenths of a meter. It is written that way to be clearer. Suppose the depth is 10.5 metres. If it were written as 10.5 the decimal point might not be clear and could lead to confusion so they put the decimal lower and to the right.

Charts won't load on raymarine e80 chart plotter

If you are having trouble loading charts on your Raymarine E80 chartplotter, there are several things you can try to troubleshoot the issue: 1. Check the chart card: Make sure that the chart card is inserted correctly and that it is compatible with your chartplotter. Some chartplotters require specific types of chart cards, so check the user manual or contact the manufacturer to ensure compatibility. 2. Check for software updates: Make sure that your chartplotter has the latest software updates installed. You can check for updates on the Raymarine website or by contacting customer support. 3. Check the chart source: Make sure that the chart source is set correctly on your chartplotter. If you have multiple chart sources (e.g. internal memory, external card), make sure that the correct source is selected. 4. Check the chart format: Make sure that the chart format is compatible with your chartplotter. Some chartplotters only support certain chart formats, so check the user manual or contact the manufacturer for compatibility information. 5. Check for obstructions: Make sure that there are no obstructions blocking the GPS antenna or interfering with the chartplotter's reception. Obstructions can include tall buildings, trees, and other objects that block the line of sight to the GPS satellites. 6. Reset the chartplotter: Try resetting the chartplotter to its default settings. This can sometimes clear up software glitches or other issues that may be preventing the charts from loading. If none of these solutions work, you may need to contact Raymarine customer support for further assistance or repair. Take care and have a great day! -Alex

Radar Raymarine HD wiring diagram, how to wire to Raymarine C120 unit

After nearly 4 years I dunno if you got this sorted. The question is ambiguous, as Raymarine radar comes with wiring harnesses; the display end is a plug-and-play 12-pin male to the harness end female; the other end goes up the mast in a plastic sleeve to prevent damage to the 8-pin connector and the 2 or 4 power cables (depends on "light" or "heavy"). There's a means of connecting a digital radar to the C120 but I don't have that so don't know the specifics. Is this the sort of information you were looking for?
