Its most probably because the camera chip or camera processing ic is burnt or due to presence of water there is a short circuit in the camera chip most of the time you have to replace the camera processing ic.......

if there isnt w/ the one in your cellphone you can alway download & install another application for the calculator that has one.

When want to charge htc wildfire it is better you turn the phone of before charging. Plug in the charger and charge for about 20mins to 30mins then remove the charger pin-mouth for like 10secs and plug it back in. soon the red light will turn green in less than an hour..
