You may not be able to do this, But, I would suggest you goto driversguide.com or drivershq.com to get updated drivers for this cam.. Hope it works..

I suggest you try this as well as the latest drivers:

Download Splitcam from www.splitcamera.com

Install it, run it, click on the Video button and select your webcam. Click on the on button. You will see your face.

Now go to Skype>Tools>Options>Video Setting and select Splitcam as your webcam.

It worked for me! I got this off a skype message forum!!! Bill was the guy who posted on it, he rules!
If you can see your face on split cam it will work on Skype! My Aiptek pencam 2 is over 9 years old and it works!

You should be able to download the drivers from: http://www.aiptek.com.tw/english/service/driver/v3.25.exe

For years, when I bought my Pen camera. Looks the same, but another brand, I became Ulead Photo Express, to upload and manage my pictures on my PC. My guess is you can use lots of programm's for that use. you have to download the drivers for your operating system before, and when done plug in the camera using the USB cable that came with the camera, follow the step by step wizard and done !Fred
