My sylvania sled550-uhd tv turns on has sound, image stays probably 20-40 secs then fades away and get red, blue, white, green loop would it be a bad T-con board or other problems?

Likely the converter is on channel 3 and TV is 4 or opposite.

OR

It was setup to use composite video signal and you need change TVs input source from ANTENNA to COMP A/V
