Go to dells website and download and install there driver helper software... Otherwise here is the manual way of doing it.. RIght click on "My Computer" or "Computer" in start menu or desktop (depending on your settings).. Then choose properties.. (Bottom of list).. Right side of pop up box for computer information you will see a link for "Device Manager".. Under device manager you will find either an expansion point for network controllers or one for unknown devices.. Find the device and double click on it.. That will bring that device up for viewing.. At that point if you go to details then choose the hardware ID in the drop down menu you will see something like (PCI\VEN_168C&DEV_001C&SUBSYS_137A103C&REV_01) or simular.. Right click that and copy... Open your web browser and go to google and click on where you type and press Ctrl+V then press enter.. Look through results and find out what type of device (manufacture, model, etc.)... Once done go to dell and choose support then drivers and enter your model information into it.. Find the driver from dell that matches your device information and download and install..
