My Fuji camera shows me the function P or SR Auto, what does it mean?
SR Auto stands for "Scene Recognition Auto" - This is Fuji's 6 scene-recognition function with fully loaded detection functions that detect faces, blinks and smiles for clear optimized people photos.
Framed scenes are automatically detected and selected into appropriate camera settings:
- Portrait
- Landscape
- Night
- Macro (closeups)
- Night Portrait
- Backlit Portrait.

Not sure where you're seeing "P", but this abbreviation is often used to designate "Program", and contains auto settings for various lighting conditions. I don't see this on the Fuji site or in reference to their camera's at all, though it is used on Sony digital cameras.

How do I disassemble an s4300 to clean sand from the mechanism?
Oops. Modern cameras are not made to disassemble and reassemble them. Worse, most modern cameras, can't be reassembled, because lots of things are not screwed, but glued. Opening a glued part can damage it and it is almost impossible to reassemble it without replacing some parts and glue.
Better let it dry en try to blow out (NOT IN) the sand. Almost impossible to, because when you use a bellow, it most likely will blow things in. perhaps with a soft brush you manage to get things out. sorry I can't make it easier for you.
Remove the purple rim around my pictures?
That is known as 'purple fringing' and is usually the result of the sensors and/or the lenses in your camera not being able to handle higher contrasts or over-exposure. Scientifically it has more to do with the how the camera sensor responds to the available light spectrum. (see: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Purple_fringing) Have you notice it is generally more pronounced where a very bright (white) area meets a high contrast (black) edge (like a bright sky behind a dark or shadowed object)? Best way to avoid is to be careful about the relative light levels exposures when framing the shot---or using a UV filter. There are many photo editing programs which can help eliminate purple fringing in post production. Have a read through: http://www.photoforbeginners.com/news/tutorials/how-to-remove-purple-fringing-from-your-photos.
My computer doesn't recognize my fujifilm finepix 98100 anymore.
Try NOT connecting your camera to your computer.
The best way to transfer pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.
Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo management program such as Picasa.

Zoom error problem on FinePix S 5200
There maybe some dust or dirt in the zoom mechanism. You can try the following which MAY help to resolve this problem:
STEP 1: Switch on the camera while you hold the shutter button and connect it to the AC adapter or to the USB cable at the same time.
STEP 2: Now by default the lens should get properly aligned if not try to twist them slightly by holding down the camera lens with soft hands.
STEP 3: Just push and pull the lens slightly as it extends automatically.
STEP 4: Now when the lens is in the hard surface power on your camera.
STEP 5: Try to hit the camera softly beside the lens which might solve the issue.
You can try to format the memory card completely and then reinsert to your camera which might be the issue at times.
